We bring together Organisations, community leaders, and partners to strengthen collaboration, improve access to opportunities, and support community-led initiatives that benefit Somali families and communities.
Our work is built on partnership, consultation, and respect for the independence and leadership of each Organisations. By working together, we help strengthen community outcomes, advocacy, visibility, and long-term impact across NSW.

Welcome to the Somali Council of NSW.
The Somali Council of NSW was established to strengthen collaboration across Somali community organisations and help create positive outcomes for our communities throughout New South Wales. As the peak umbrella body, our role is to connect organisations, support community-led initiatives, and advocate for the priorities that matter most to Somali families and future generations.
